    Drastically reducing inventory levels system-wide, from raw materials and sub-assemblies to finished goods.
    In less than three months prepared the manufacturing department for two significant and very successful regulatory audits. Fixed 87 violations.

Company was very fast expanding internationally – over 85% of business outside the U.S. in 1994, up from 10% three years earlier, while tripling the sales. Distributors’ network covered over 45 countries on all continents. In July 1994 Ionetics introduced its fifth major generation of products.
