    Build and run programs for international comanies entering US Market through Silicon Valley.
  • December 2006 – December 2012 – Management Consultant at Starwings – Business Acceleration
    Independent consultant working with international technology comanies on US market entry through Silicon Valley.
  • August 2001 – October 2006 – Co-founder, COE at Adomo Inc.
    Early stage CEO, reset company, recruited team and board, acquired critical early adopter customers including Fidelity Investments and Boeing, secured 2 rounds of tier 1 venture funding to get to multi-milion dollar run rate. Company was acquired by Avaya Ing.
  • Co-founder, VP Marketing, VP Channel Sales at TouchWave, Ing. (and Ericsson through Acquisition)
    Co-founder and VP of Marketing at one of the pioneer IP Telephony companies, incubated in Denmark/Nordic, moved to Silicon Valley in 1998. Later VP Channel Sales after acquisition by Erucsson yielding 7 times invested capital.
  • 1993 – 1995 – VP Marketing and Business Development at Cray Communications
    Managed networking products including first generation of Ethernet Switches. Inbound and outbound marketing. Company was later acquired by Intel.
  • 1988 – 1993 – Chanel Sales Manager at Apple Computer
    Set up 3rd party distribution building relationships between companies such as Claris, Adobe, Microsoft and Macromedia and local Nordic distribution companies. Recruited Nordic distributors for Apple products. Designed and built 3rd party developers program, which later became the model for Apple Europe. Grew from 0.5% to 14% market share in local market in 3 years.
